Order Processing

Every order goes through a verification and packing stage before it ships. This usually takes 1 to 3 business days before payment is confirmed. You'll accept a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. Orders designed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next working day. During high-demand periods or new drops, processing can take slightly longer, and we'll authorize you realize if there's a notable delay on your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery speed depends on where you're located:

• Within the UK: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch
• International orders: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery days are estimates and can range determined by your area and courier benefits. Customs checks, courier handling, weather disruptions, and local holidays can all push delivery beyond the stated range, and this is fairly standard across international ships rather than something specific to us.

International Shipping

For orders outside the UK, delight note that customers are responsible for any duties duties, taxes, or value fees loaded by their local controls. These charges are separate from your order total and are determined by the target country, so it's worth confirming your local import rules before organizing if you're unsure.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order. We occasionally run free shipping offers, and any active promotion will always be shown clearly on the site before you complete your purchase & also read trapstar shipping policy.

Tracking Your Order

As directly as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll get a tracking number sent to your sending or phone. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress right up until it's mailed. If you haven't received your tracking details within 4 business days, please contact our support crew & track your order.

Address Accuracy

Please affirm your delivery address before placing your order. We dispatch exactly to the address supported at checkout, so we're unable to take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost being incorrect or incomplete address findings entered by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives broken or appears to be extinct in transit, please contact us as directly as possible & also read trapstar refund policy. We'll cooperate the courier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Once a parcel is handed to the shipper, certain delays, such as customs handle or aid disruptions, are outside our control. That said, if your order is running late, our crew will help you track it down and consider each issue as immediately as possible.
