Order Processing

Every order goes through a verification and packing stage before it ships. This usually takes 1 to 3 business days before payment is confirmed. You'll accept a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. Orders designed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next working day. • International orders: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery days are estimates and can range determined by your area and courier benefits. Customs checks, courier handling, weather disruptions, and local holidays can all push delivery beyond the stated range, and this is fairly standard across international ships rather than something specific to us.

International Shipping

For orders outside the UK, delight note that customers are responsible for any duties duties, taxes, or value fees loaded by their local controls. These charges are separate from your order total and are determined by the target country, so it's worth confirming your local import rules before organizing if you're unsure.

Shipping Costs
